Since publishing the schedule on March 28th, the GBRSL Board of Directors received applications from Lake Sherwood Aquatic Club, Jefferson Terrace Aquatic Club, and Westminster Aquatic Club.  Work began on April 8th to create a solution that would admit these clubs with minimal impact on the already published league schedule as a whole.  On April 11th, the Board approved admission of these clubs with a resolution stating:

1. That LSW, JTAC, and WM be admitted to the GBRSL for the 2019 season
2. That no new applications would be accepted this year and new applicants would need to defer to 2020 for potential admission
3. And the league schedule be amended as follows:
