Greater Baton Rouge Swim League

Teams are required to supply volunteer timers for the City Championship meet.  Volunteer assignments are made based on a team's percentage of the total number of swimmers entered in each session.  

Volunteer needed for each session of the meet are listed below.  

• Session 1: 9 & 10 Year Olds
• Session 2: 8 & Unders
• Session 3: 11 & Olders

For the Clerk of Course, teams should provide one parent or coach to help organize the kids in Session 1 and in Session 2 since coaches will not be allowed to walk kids directly out onto the bulkhead.

Ribbon counters will used during Session 3.  These individuals will sort ribbons for all three sessions into each team's award bag so that teams can pick up ribbons at the conclusion of the meet.
