2025 Volunteer Assignments
Teams are required to supply volunteer timers for the City Championship meet. Volunteer assignments are made based on a team's percentage of the total number of swimmers entered in each session.
For the Clerk of Course, teams should provide one parent or coach to help organize the kids in the 10 and under sessions. No clerk of course will be formerly run for the 11 and older session. Coaches can help swimmers get to the blocks.
